FIRST TIME KID?
When you enter the building, head through the lobby, past the JBH KIDS wall, to KIDS CHECK IN. Your child will be securely checked into Jawbone Hill KIDS. Once your family is checked in, you can grab a cool beverage and head into the adult service environment near entry.
As part of our commitment to the safety and security of your child, when he or she is checked in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information: Child's full name and any allergies he or she may have. After service, don't forget to grab your kids and enjoy our After Party.
You and your child will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion of your matching identification tags, which bears a number that is matched to your portion during checkout at the end of the service. During checkout, you will return to the appropriate KIDS environment and show your tag in order for your child to be released back to you.
On your way home, be sure to ask your child: “Did you have fun?” and “What did you learn today?”
